Sausage Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
#1 12-ounce package Noodles
1 pound Buffalo Breakfast Sausage
¼ cup chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup ( reduced fat )
1/3 cup water
¾ cup evaporated milk-skim
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
Cooking instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Brown sausage with chopped onion until done. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and return to pot. Add browned sausage & onions, mushroom soup, water, evaporated milk and cheese. Stir until combined and put into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter, if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
